Our powerful online platform maximizes time and increases reach for school fundraising, all while our team of athletes do the heavy lifting and teach PBIS-based leadership lessons. We combine fitness, fundraising, and leadership into a powerful united event that builds funds schools, and character education for the kids.

Our model is to collaborate with school PTO/As and faculty to build student leaders through a meaningful, hassle-free, and financially successful school fundraising event.

Team Leader- Overview

As an Apex Team Leader, you will lead and support a team in conducting an exciting Leadership focused fundraiser for elementary schools. Our program is structured over a 2-week period to inspire kids through key leadership lessons and facilitate an Apex fundraising program. This is a leadership-driven and fitness-based program which includes:  teacher huddles, pep rallies, classroom lessons, delivery of prizes, a spectacular day of events, a recap, and collections. 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Support and inspire the Apex Team by guiding and training them to excellence
• Set up and manage all aspects of the program in the schools you are assigned
• Troubleshoot daily challenges at the school with school staff and parents
• Teach leadership lessons and interact with students during lunch and PE
• Manage inventory and items needed for a successful program
• Manage the pledge process and collections process
• Report daily progress to the franchise owner

DETAILS:

• The events are in and around the greater Chicagoland area. The schools are in different neighborhoods, communities, or cities.
• The job offers some time off in the summers and holidays off. It is based on school hours. No evening hours.
• Requires some local area travel.
• Opportunity to travel across the country.
