Wine Dinner at Acquaviva Maple Park

The evening begins in the lower rotunda bar for a social gathering while you enjoy a selection of cheeses from Northern Italy, along with a wine tasting. You then have the option to tour the winery with Sergio, our Winemaker, and learn about each step of the winemaking process, from grape to bottle. Then we move into the barrel room for a delectable five-course dining experience with wine pairings for each course.
