Join our exciting collaboration with Marzena's Home Kitchen Catering and Suzette's Handcrafted Charcuterie Boards to learn how to design your own charcuterie boards. Marzena Lecka from Marzena's Home Kitchen Catering will lead this hands-on class. You will learn the art of making them visually appealing as well as the science behind blending the flavors of salty, sweet and savory. Each guest will create a charcuterie platter to take home that will feed 3 to 4 people. All food will come individually packaged. Boards will be created on plastic trays with lids. And food safe disposable gloves will be provided. Suzette Turyna from Suzette's Handcrafted Charcuterie Boards will be on-hand showcasing her beautifully handcrafted charcuterie boards that will be available for purchase. We know that once you learn the art of making beautifully crafted charcuteries, you will need a special board for serving them to your guests. They also make great gifts!
