Calling all Brownies! Earn your Painting Badge with us! We have designed a class especially for you! In this class you will learn how to use a variety of tools, not only brushes, and we will recreate one of Monet's iconic water lily paintings. We will learn how Monet used his color palette to reflect the mood in the landscape. We will also explore a variety of mark making techniques to build the illusion of textures from the Real World. Why earn one badge if you can earn two? At the end of the class you will have earned your Little Brushes badge. If you also want to earn your Painters badge, then once you have completed your painting, we will provide you with a "take home" kit with the materials you need to paint your own mural. You can turn your mural into your leader to receive your Painters badge.
