Batavia Fine Arts Centre (BFAC) is a professionally managed auditorium with state-of-the-art lighting and sound systems. Opened in 2011, BFAC hosts over 100 shows and performances every year. BFAC is comprised of four different facilities including the Main Stage, Courtyard, Black Box and Gallery. The Main Stage features a digital sound board, computerized lighting system, hydraulic pit and staging equipment. It seats 890 patrons. The Courtyard seats 275 and is an ideal venue for outdoor concerts, dancing under the stars, theatre performances and pre- and post-show receptions. The Black Box is a great venue for smaller performances, rehearsals and classroom instruction. The Gallery features 3D cases to showcase various visual arts.
