10 Week Program - begins the week of June 12th. Bowl One Session a week for 10 weeks.
- Tuesdays 9 am or 12:30 pm
- Wednesdays 12:30 pm or 3 pm
- Thursdays (with Cosmic / Music Videos) 12:30 pm or 3 pm

6 Week Program - Weeks of June 19th, 26 and July 10, 17, 24 & 31. Bowl One Session a week for 6 weeks.
